Your enquiries
When you submit an enquiry, Austropical receives the name, email address, enquiry category and message you provide. A product enquiry may include your postcode and the product you asked about. A trade enquiry may include your business details, phone number and selected sample shortlist. We use these details to answer your request and discuss the products or supply you have asked about. The published website uses Netlify to host the site and process form submissions. Netlify may store and process enquiry details on Austropical’s behalf. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message. These forms do not subscribe you to a newsletter. Your animation preference is stored in your browser. Shared flavour quiz links contain the answers you share, so anyone receiving that link can see those choices. The website does not include advertising cookies or visitor analytics. Hosting providers may process technical requests to operate and secure the site. The footer map loads only when you choose to show it. Google then receives technical information required to display the map and applies its own privacy policy. Directions links open Google Maps. Other external links, including WhatsApp and social networks, use those services’ own privacy policies. Animation and 3D libraries are loaded from jsDelivr, which receives the technical information required to deliver them.
